Marcus T. - Lead Technician, Duct Systems Specialist

Marcus has been in the trade since 2011, which means he’s cleaned ducts in Marietta homes that still had original galvanized steel from the 1970s and others with flex duct so new the plastic smell hasn’t burned off yet. He holds NADCA certification for Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and specializes in negative-pressure extraction, where we seal the duct system and draw debris out under controlled vacuum rather than blowing it around your living room. Marcus is the one who catches things others miss - last March in East Cobb, he found a collapsed return plenum (the main distribution box connected to your HVAC unit) that had been hidden behind a finished basement wall for eleven years. Off the job, Marcus rebuilds vintage motorcycles and applies the same tolerance for tedious work: he’s been restoring a 1974 Honda CB550 for three winters now.

Darnell J. - Senior Installer, Duct Repair & Sealing

Darnell came to us from commercial HVAC construction, where he spent eight years fabricating and installing sheet metal ductwork for schools and medical buildings across Cobb County. That background matters when we’re not just cleaning ducts but fixing them - sealing leaks at the plenum joints, replacing crushed flex runs, or installing proper access panels where previous cleaners cut corners. He’s certified in Aeroseal duct sealing technology, which injects polymer particles into pressurized ducts to seal leaks from the inside, particularly useful in older Marietta subdivisions like Indian Hills where original ductwork is past its design life. Darnell will tell you directly if your system needs repair before it needs cleaning, and he’ll show you the thermal-camera images to prove it. Selena R. - Service Coordinator

Eli V. - Apprentice Technician

Eli joined us in 2022 after completing the HVAC program at Chattahoochee Technical College and spending a year doing residential maintenance calls where he realized most companies treat duct cleaning as an afterthought. He’s working toward his NADCA certification under Marcus T.’s supervision and has already developed a specialty in dryer vent cleaning - the run from your dryer to the exterior termination that, in Marietta’s older homes, can stretch thirty feet through finished walls with multiple elbows that trap lint. Eli is meticulous about measuring static pressure before and after cleaning, which tells us whether airflow has actually improved or if we’re just making noise. Eli lives in Kennesaw with his grandfather, a retired sheet metal worker who inspects Eli’s tool bag every Sunday and finds something to criticize without fail.
